  • Are your cleaners background checked?
    Absolutely! We do a full background check on every employee.
  • Do your cleaners bring all the equipment with them? Can I use my own supplies, vacuum, and cleaning cloths?
    We bring the cleaning products and tools needed to clean your home but are more than happy to use your cleaning supplies if you'd like. We prefer using our clients’ toilet brushes so that we are not cross-contaminating germs between homes.
  • What is your most popular service?
    Most of our new clients like an introductory deep cleaning followed by a bi-weekly home cleaning. This allows our cleaners to give you a thorough cleaning experience and maintain standards of quality.

  • Does someone need to be home for the cleanings?
    You don't need to be home during the cleaning. Our clients who are not home for their cleanings provide us with either a garage code, lockbox code, and/or an alarm code. However, it is encouraged to do a walk through with the cleaners before and/or after the cleaning to ensure that we met your expectations and covered any areas that needed any extra attention.
  • How long does it take to clean a home?
    It depends on the size and condition of your home. We clean every type of home from small apartments to estates. Every home needs a different level of cleaning to bring it up to the cleaning standards the homeowner is looking for. We take whatever time is necessary to clean your home.
  • Are your prices fixed or by the hour?
    We quote “BY THE JOB, NOT BY THE HOUR”. Unlike other companies, we focus on maintaining the standards of quality and will take the necessary time to clean your home. Most cleaning companies price by the hour and will quote you on the low end to earn your business. However, they usually end up taking more time to clean which is also more money.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards . We do not accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
  • Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?
    There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours in advance. Our cleaners are paid by the job and not by the hour. A last minute cancellation or change in appointment leads to not only a loss of pay but also a missed opportunity to find another cleaning for the cleaner. As such, we charge 25% of the cleaning fee for bookings cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours before, 45% for bookings cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours before, and 60% for bookings cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the appointment.
  • What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
    If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
  • Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
    We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
  • What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
    If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes we do. You can send an e-gift card using our website or call/text 862-465-9697 if you need any further assistance. Our gift cards can be sent on the same day or on a scheduled date. Each gift card is sent with a unique code to use. There's no card to lose and the balance can be tracked automatically. It's that easy!
